Legacy Park

Once a blighted site, Legacy Park, a 109-acre infill property in Moreno Valley, has been transformed into a vibrant new community. Collaborating closely with the City, Mission Pacific sold a 21-acre portion of the site to Walmart for a future shopping center. Mission Pacific sold the 34-acre first phase site comprising 140 lots to Lyon Homes and then created a planned-unit development on the remaining 54 acres to include 221 single-family homes, interwoven with a community park and regional trails. The community was designed to feature an assortment of residences, catering to various lifestyles and needs, providing much needed housing to a variety of potential residents. Legacy Park is now a thriving testament to successful revitalization, offering residents not just homes, but a connected and flourishing community.
